At Hype Hair we have introduced a Club Loyal Card to reward our customers for their continued loyal support with a rebate system.

The details requested on the application form are minimal and will help us to manage the Club Loyal Card Scheme and improve the way we run it. At Hype, we endeavour to understand our clients requirements and are passionate in constantly striving to improve our service. Unless clients indicate underwise, on occasion during the year Hype will contact you with offers and information about services and products of interest to you and your family.

Some points in relation to the scheme;

1. Your Club Loyal Card may be used at any salon within the Hype Group.

2. To collect a 10% rebate for a transaction in salon, regardless if on offer, just present your card at Reception. Rebate is available from all cash, cheque, credit and debit card payments on a hair service or hair care product, which is then credited to your card for future use as a payment or part payment towards a service or product.

3. The Club Loyal Card may be used to save towards a future service or product. To collect a rebate for a transaction in salon, your Hype Club Loyal Card must be presented at Reception as you pay in. The amount you pay into the Club Loyal Card will be credited to your card with an additional 10% of the monetary value for future use at any salon within the Hype Group.

4. You may check the balance on your Club Loyal Card at any time by presenting it at Reception at any Hair Salon within the Hype Group or on line at www.showmybalance.com

5. Upon top up or rebate to your Club Loyal Card, you will always receive a receipt which you should keep for your own records.

6. A transaction will be as quick as a standard credit/debit card transaction.

7. Once active, treat your Club Loyal Card with the same security you would cash.

Once again, I would like to thank members of the Chamber for your custom with Hype and hope you will apply for and enjoy the benefits of Club Loyal to the maximum.

Senea Colouring for delicate scalps launched at Hype

Have you a delicate scalp?

Hype has launched Schwarzkopf Professional’s New Igora Senea, the 1st permanent hair colour recommended by dermatologists for delicate and sensitive scalps.

Often, the most desirable things in life can bring us great discomfort. Like the pair of five-inch Louboutin peep-toe heels that are ultra-stylish but make your toes numb after 10 minutes. There should be no such compromise when it comes to great hair colour, we want unbeatable performance that’s also kind to the scalp.  Hype Hair has just launched the stocking of Schwarzkopf Senea, the first-ever permanent colour tested and recommended by dermatologists for use on delicate scalps.

If you are the one out of three women that perceive their scalp as delicate and have stopped colouring hair because of this, you no longer need to compromise on hair colour. Senea is a pioneering colouration with amazing performance and outstanding colour results for use by anyone, but particularly those with delicate scalps.

Senea has 36 brilliant shades and includes a range of home care Shampoo, Conditioning Cream, and Post Color Balm, which have been uniquely designed to help prevent discomfort and enhance colour intensity.

Senea is ideal for clients who’ve stopped colouring due to scalp discomfort, for those with delicate scalps who’ve always been afraid to colour and for women or men who simply endure discomfort during permanent colouring for lack of a better option. It is even great for those with up to 90% white hair who are off-put by the idea of permanent colour.
