For 2 hours this Sunday (and every Sunday until Christmas) we will be turning off the music, dimming the lights and generally taking a calmer approach to our shopping experience here between 11am & 1pm.
Initially in M&S and the main shopping mall, we hope the other stores will join us if they are able to do so.
Very soon we will also be installing dedicated parking spaces for use of those families touched by the spectrum.
For now, spend 2 hours on Sunday morning with us in relative peace and quiet.
With thanks to M&S for championing this cause.

To mark National Inclusion Week, Sky News has asked people from a range of backgrounds to explain why inclusivity is important.
Here, Sky News reporter Hannah Stott writes about how much it means to her that Marks and Spencer have just introduced a clothing range for children with disabilities - helping to bring 10-year-old son into the mainstream.
I had a spring in my step all day after seeing Marks and Spencer's new "easy dressing" range for children with disabilities online. I really did, I actually felt elated.
The move by the major high street retailer brings children like my 10-year-old son into the mainstream. Only a little bit, but it's a start.

Footage from our Dinosaur Day last Saturday. The shows had nearly 1,000 visitors in total with a very special 'sensory' meet & greet for some of our very special friends from My Canine Companion. Lots of smiles on the day and the weather was perfect for this outdoor event. we hope to do more of these activities in the future as the comments on Facebook have been very positive.
