The Gourmet Butchers - Opening Soon

We're delighted to announce that The Gourmet Butchers will be added to the stores here at The Showgrounds this month. Work has already started in the external unit 10 (formerly Chick King) and here are some images below of what it will look like when finished.

This is a start up business based in Clonmel, owned by local man & experienced craft butcher Kevin Walsh. The Gourmet Butcher will be a high-end  butchery with an emphasis on quality local produce, supporting local farmers/producers, farm to fork traceability & exceptional customer service. 

The store will provide a range of hand chosen traditional meats, convenient oven ready solutions, gluten free range & an extensive fitness food healthy eating range meeting all tastes & dietary requirements. Planning to provide weekly specials, cooking advice, demonstrations & customer loyalty programme. ​

Now recruiting for a range of positions including full time butchers, full time & part time shop assistants.
